Phill Nash, TGS首席科学家, Stingray光纤永久式海底油田储层监测系统的技术研发负责人。Phill Nash在光纤传感领域工作超过25年, 参与1986年世界上首个海底光纤水听器阵列的部署工作, 此后的工作涉及海底光纤传感器系统的设计、开发和测试各个方面, 是国际上著名的光纤水听器专家; 自2002以来, 他转而研发海底油田光纤地震波监测系统。在光纤传感领域已出版论文及申请专利超过40篇, 是英国物理研究所研究员及特许科学家。
